FAQs

  • Please email me on hello@pottshealth.com to arrange a free introductory call or book a consultation here.

  • I hold most clinic appointments on video call with a link sent to you 24 hours before the consultation. I hold clinic hours in Mayfair, London and make office and home visits too by special arrangement. In some cases, I charge for travel time. Please contact me to find out more.

  • If you are running late, please do get in contact and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice so I can find another time to suit you, otherwise 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations of this nature are managed on a case-by-case basis. Please get in contact so we can discuss the best options. With enough notice, I am happy to be flexible.

  • You will be sent an invoice ahead of your first appointment that can be paid either by bank transfer or using a payment link.

Laboratory testing and food supplements are not included in the appointment fee. In most cases, you can pay the laboratory or food supplements supplier directly. A link for these will be sent in your health plan.

  • An initial, 90-minute consultation is £225. Any ensuing 45-minute review consultation costs £125 though these must be taken within 4-8 weeks of the initial consultation and be regarding the same health concerns.

  • I work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure you receive the best integrated care. Nutrition complements, but does not replace, medical treatment.

  • All decisions regarding your health plan are made collaboratively, ensuring the plan feels balanced and manageable. I carefully evaluate the best options to maintain your nutrient intake while encouraging a stress-free, positive relationship with food, allowing you to eat intuitively. I seldom suggest eliminating entire food groups or adopting restrictive diets.

  • At an initial consultation, we have an in-depth conversation about your needs and goals. The information gathered is the basis for your health plan, which you will receive shortly after we meet. Once you have followed your health plan for four to six weeks, a review consultation to analyse and review your progress is the best way to ensure you are getting the most out of your plan. My aim is for you leave equipped and empowered to manage your health independently. For specific concerns, two or three consultations may be enough. However, for chronic conditions or significant lifestyle changes, a longer programme, such as Full, will be more beneficial. However, I am happy to tailor packages to suit you so please get in contact to discuss further.

  • In your initial consultation, we’ll identify the symptoms that concern you most and use a personalised measure to track how they develop as you follow your health plan. This enables us to monitor meaningful progress and adjust your health plan according to your needs.

  • Good nutrition is fundamental to supporting optimal health. However, mental well-being, good quality sleep, and regular physical activity are equally essential for achieving overall wellness. These lifestyle factors are necessary to ensure that the benefits of nutrition are fully realised, as they work together to promote a balanced and healthy mind and body.

  • I can analyse many tests and integrate their findings into your plan provided they were taken with your GP or a reputable company and are up to date. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.

  • I am more than happy to assess the supplements you're currently taking and optimise your supplement plan to ensure you're getting the maximum benefit from them.
